Sarah Glover

Sarah Glover has over 25 years experience working on K-12 education policy and advocacy, having worked in the non-profit, government, higher education, and for-profit sectors - all with a focus on improving student outcomes in K-12 education.

She was on the founding executive leadership team of Panorama Education, where she was Vice President of Client Success. During her tenure, Panorama's client base and revenue grew over seven times. The team she led achieved greater than a 90% renewal rate and net promoter scores in the 60s. Prior to that, she was the founding Executive Director of the Strategic Data Project at the Center for Education Policy Research at Harvard University. SDP is a national effort to transform the use of data in education.

Under Sarah's leadership, SDP grew from six to 37 partnerships and from serving 20 to over 110 Fellows. SDP is still a thriving network today, with over 400 alumni.

Before coming to Harvard, Glover founded and ran her own education policy consulting business where she worked extensively with superintendent and board leadership teams of some of the nation’s largest districts on governance, goal-setting, and planning. She also worked with large education-focused foundations, including The Broad Foundation, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, on implementing their core programs and identifying potential areas for investment.

She was a founding team member of the Houston-based Center for Reform of School Systems, where she led the development of the Texas Institute for School Boards, a residential institute for newly elected school board members of the 45 largest school districts in Texas. She also contributed to the Broad Institute for School Boards, a national effort also focused on training and supporting newly elected or appointed school board members.

Sarah served as a school board member in Bozeman, Montana and on the parent council at her daughter's school in Arlington, Massachusetts. She designed and delivered a teacher-training workshop to 25 teachers in Labe, Guinea (West Africa) to help them learn and adopt more interactive teaching methods.

Sarah earned a Master’s in Public Affairs and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and a BA in political science from Tufts University.
