Maryam Jordan

I’ve always been drawn to the power of connection—how people, ideas, and communities come together to create meaningful change. That passion has guided my career across education, training, and community engagement, where I’ve spent more than two decades helping organizations clarify their vision and turn it into action. I believe that when people feel seen, supported, and aligned around a shared purpose, transformation follows.

At Greenway Strategy

I bring this same philosophy of connection and community to my work here at Greenway Strategy Group, helping teams strengthen communication, build partnerships, and implement strategies that foster long-term impact. My approach blends structure with empathy, strategy with collaboration, and always keeps people at the heart of the process.

Where I’ve created impact

I bring over two decades of leadership experience in education program management, professional training, community engagement, and project and program coordination, drawing from the following experiences:

  • Mosaic Georgia Children’s Advocacy Center – Led statewide programs in trauma-informed care, teen dating and domestic violence prevention, and forensic nursing education. Oversaw more than 170 training programs annually for medical professionals, law enforcement, educators, and community leaders.

  • Friendship Force International – Served as Senior Program Manager and Program Coordinator, overseeing citizen exchange programs across 60+ countries to foster global understanding and cross-cultural collaboration among citizen ambassadors.

  • Cornerstone International Youth Camp – Co-Founder and Senior Advisor, bringing young people together from around the world to train in effective communication, conflict resolution, and peacebuilding.

Experiences that inspire me

Having studied and lived abroad in different parts of the world, I continue to draw inspiration from those experiences to shape my inclusive approach to stakeholder engagement, leadership, and strategic planning.
