Blythe Jeffers

Blythe Jeffers supports business transformation and improvement efforts, including change management, project management and business process redesign. 

In previous roles, Blythe has led teams that integrated companies (including Turner Broadcasting and Time Warner), and internal organizations. These integrations spanned from back office systems to organizing front line teams executing the business objectives.  In addition to integrations, Blythe has restructured organizations such as creating a shared Accounting Services function, leading both design and implementation efforts.

Blythe’s background is in financial accounting where she progressed to the role of audit manager in one of the big four accounting firms.  From there she took on leadership roles in financial management and business operations, which included the implementation of financial ERP systems and related internal controls.

Blythe has held positions with Turner Broadcasting System as a Business Improvement Lead, as Business Manager for Habitat for Humanity in Atlanta, Manager of Business Affairs for The American Education Fund, and as an Audit Manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers. 

Blythe holds a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia, a Certificate in Project Management from Georgia State University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
